Take A Look At How San Diego County Is Protecting Alzheimer’s Patients As A Community!

The battle against Alzheimer’s is often shown from the medical and research side. San Diego County decided to focus, as a community, on protecting those who suffer from Alzheimer’s and dementia. The county has launched “The Alzheimer’s Project: A Call To Arms,” a program focused on 4 tenants; care, cure, clinical work, and public awareness. Their goal is to make the community more aware of patients, and assure that there are safe guards in place to protect sufferers who may find themselves lost or in need. By engaging the entire county, the program is a huge step in the right direction, and can show other communities how vital it is to protect their neighbors.
