When Margaret Logan was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s Disease in 2002, she slowly regressed and lost the ability to feed herself, to write, and to be independent. Throughout that struggle however, her love of music remained. She has always had the ability to hear a song and then play it on the piano without the assistance of sheet music. Even though she has lost so much of her memory, her passion for music and the piano stayed strong.
