Jack’s wife was diagnosed with dementia, and after a worthy battle she succumbed to the disease. Throughout his experience with dealing with dementia, Jack found a lack of support groups and communication between doctor and patient. He took it upon himself to start a support group for caregivers and family affected by the disease.
