Jim Finkbeiner’s Story


When Jim Finkbeiner starting exhibiting changes to his personality, he and his wife Linda went to the doctor to try to figure out what was going on. The diagnosis: early-onset Alzheimer’s disease.

He says his determination to fight the disease through exercise, reading, and puzzle games is an excellent example of the importance of an early diagnosis. It’s only through an early diagnosis that Jim even knew what he was up against and come up with a plan to fight the disease’s progression.
