This Powerful, Heartfelt Video Made Me Cry!


Tom’s mother was diagnosed with dementia in 1992. In 2002, she was admitted to a 24 hour care facility where she could get the help she needed. Tom made this video to document his mother’s later stages of dementia, and to show the progression of the disease, coming to terms with the outcome, and mostly to celebrate the amazing woman that his mother was.
