Five Tips to Help Caregivers Get Their Zzzs

Are you getting enough rest? Chances are if you’re split between your normal responsibilities and the demands of caregiving for a loved one with Alzheimer’s , you might not be getting your full sleep needs met. A National Alliance for Caregiving (NAC) study on caregiver health risks found 87% of caregivers surveyed suffered from insomnia.

Recently, the Alzheimer’s Association posted five ways to help you create a restful environment so you spend less time waiting to fall asleep and more time snoozing.  Read their article for some sound sleep advice.
