Earlier Alzheimer’s Detection Could Be PossibleG. Heerman
Alzheimer’s researcher Reisa Sperling has spent her career trying to tackle a big question: Is Alzheimer’s disease detectable before symptoms show?
In her TED talk, Reisa explains the results of her studies, which suggest that it could be possible to detect Alzheimer’s 20 years earlier than we are today. According to Reisa, with earlier detection comes the potential for earlier treatment, and possibly fewer symptoms down the road.
